Community submissions

The NYFW Pop-Up Radar includes a community submission form. If you use it, the site receives the source URL you submit and any optional platform, source account/handle, event name, date/time, location, or notes you choose to provide. This information is used to investigate, moderate, and potentially publish event or casting information. Do not submit private or sensitive personal information in the notes field.

Cookies and analytics

The public site does not currently include an advertising tracker or a web-analytics script. The hosting provider may process standard technical request information to deliver and secure the site. The site does not currently state that Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled.

Map view

If you open the Map view, your browser requests map tiles and location lookup data from OpenStreetMap services so matching event addresses can be placed on the map. Those requests are subject to OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy and usage policies. The site caches successful location lookups in your browser's local storage to reduce repeated requests. Listings with unclear or mobile locations may not be sent for location lookup.

External links

Event listings link to organizers, brands, venues, RSVP platforms, Google Calendar, and other third-party services. Those services have their own privacy practices and may collect information when you visit them.
